As a qualified Nutritional Therapist specialising in gut and hormonal health, sessions are designed to be holistic, trauma-informed, and interactive.
Each workshop combines education with embodied experience, helping participants connect to their body through:

• Practical nutrition and lifestyle tools for stress, digestion, and hormonal balance
• Techniques for grounding, energy regulation, and nervous system support
