This edition of Sensory Vibes brings a fresh daytime experience, giving you the opportunity to dedicate a Sunday afternoon entirely to your wellbeing before heading into a new week.
Centred around fascia, movement, music and nervous system support, this uplifting afternoon combines practical wellness tools with feel-good experiences to help you reconnect with your body, release tension and recharge. From movement and breathwork to somatic practices and guided facial lymphatic drainage and fascial release, you'll discover simple techniques you can continue using long after the event.
Leave feeling refreshed, re-energised and equipped with practical tools to support your body, mind and nervous system throughout the week ahead, while still having plenty of time to enjoy the rest of your Sunday.

Music-Fuelled Workout & Stretch
Enjoy an uplifting, music-filled movement session led by a qualified Personal Trainer. Designed for all fitness levels, this energising session focuses on moving your body in a way that feels good.

Whether you're new to exercise or already active, modifications will be available throughout, making the session accessible to everyone.

Guided Facial Lymphatic Drainage & Fascial Release
Be guided through a relaxing facial lymphatic drainage and fascial release routine by a qualified Massage Therapist. As each technique is demonstrated, you'll be guided through the routine step by step using nourishing facial oil, giving you the confidence to continue the practice at home.
Throughout the session, you'll also learn:

An introduction to the lymphatic system and fascia within the face

How facial lymphatic drainage and fascial release can support your self-care routine

Techniques to help release facial tension and support a refreshed appearance

The appropriate pressure to use during each technique

How often to practise and the best time of day to perform your routine
