Note: All live sessions will be recorded, and access will be available for an additional week after the challenge ends. This allows flexibility to watch at a convenient time, even if joining live isn't possible.

What You’ll Get:

The Whys and Wherefores:

A detailed write-up on the benefits of gut health, covering the essential "whys" and "wherefores." You’ll gain valuable insights into how gut health impacts your transformation, with a deeper understanding of the microbiome and its vital role in your overall well-being.

Meal Plan:

For those who prefer a structured approach, this optional meal plan focuses on gut-healing foods, ensuring 30+ plant points per week along with adequate protein and fat intake in each meal to balance blood sugar. You can follow the plan as outlined or use the recipe ideas provided to inspire your meals.  Alternatively, you can design your own using the shopping list as guidance. 

Recipes:

A collection of gut-friendly meal ideas, including desserts and snacks, designed to support gut health and your overall well-being. Use these recipes for inspiration or get creative with the main shopping list to incorporate the 30+ plant points per week into your meals. Enjoy the process of nourishing your gut and improving your health!

Shopping List:

A comprehensive shopping list featuring 30+ plant-based ingredients to make your meal prep easy and support your gut health goals. These ingredients can be used throughout the entire 28-day challenge to create your own meals. Additionally, you’ll receive a separate full shopping list that includes all major food groups, healthier snack options, and     recommendations for places to buy less commercial items. These are all designed to help you meet your overall nutritional goals. You'll also be provided with guidance on what your plate portions should look like to ensure balanced meals.

Plant Points Tracking Template:

For those customising their meals, a template is provided to track your plant points and to help you stay on course.

Mindset Work:

There are pre-recorded meditations, which have been created by Jel. These are  designed to help you reprogram your subconscious mind and transform limiting beliefs that may be holding you back from healing and achieving your health goals. Research shows that our subconscious mindset deeply influences our beliefs about ourselves and our ability to heal, so shifting these beliefs is key to unlocking lasting change. These meditations will help you strengthen your mental resilience and align your mindset with the healing process. We will explore this topic in-depth during our Zoom live sessions, and additional insights will be shared in the private WhatsApp group to further support your journey.

Nervous System Regulation:
Tools such as somatic practices and breathwork exercises are designed to support nervous system regulation and help manage the effects of stress. Understanding how stress impacts gut health and metabolism can empower individuals to take more effective action for their wellbeing. Building resilience to stress makes it easier to stay aligned with both health and life goals.

Included is a 21-Day Vagus Nerve Reset - a series of short, accessible practices designed to gently regulate the nervous system. These can be followed daily or moved through at a pace that feels right, with ongoing support provided through the WhatsApp group.

Weekly Live Zoom Calls
Live Zoom sessions take place every Sunday, offering a chance to explore each week’s theme in more depth. All calls are recorded, so if you can’t join live, replays will be available along with the accompanying PowerPoint presentations via the website throughout the 28 days and for one week after the programme ends. You're welcome to submit questions in advance if you're unable to attend live.

Worth every single penny!

I found the lives informative. One Sunday I didn’t feel like I wanted to attend but I was so glad I did. The group are really supportive. Jel always manages to say the right things too.

I feel that this program has opened my eyes to my inner child and gave me positive steps on how to regulate my nervous system and be kinder to myself.

I found the last two sessions most helpful to what I needed, but it also got me to start thinking again about what I’m eating and getting her ideas of what to eat. I had lost focus on my meals but these sessions helped me to start thinking about that again.
