How the 28-Day Programme Works
This is a 28-day guided programme designed to support your gut, nervous system, and mindset. Across the four weeks, we’ll come together for live Zoom sessions every Sunday, where each session focuses on a key pillar of lasting change.

Between each live, you'll have weekly resources, practices, and prompts to explore, all designed to complement the theme of the week and help you integrate what we cover in the sessions.

The structure is supportive but flexible, giving you space to move at your own pace while staying connected to the process. Think of it as a guided container, with live connection and accountability each week, and practical tools to work with in between.

Programme Dates
Start Date: 14th September 2025

You’ll receive a welcome email the day before, and gain access to the programme on the day of the first live session.

Zoom Lives (11 a.m.):
• Sunday 14th September 2025
• Sunday 21st September 2025
• Sunday 28th September 2025
• Sunday 5th October 2025

The programme finishes on 11th October, with no live session that day, but you’ll still have a chance to ask questions or share reflections in the WhatsApp group.

​​​​Note: All live sessions will be recorded, and access up until the programme ends. This allows flexibility to watch at a convenient time, even if joining live isn't possible.

What You’ll Get:

The Whys and Wherefores:

A detailed write-up on the benefits of gut health, covering the essential "whys" and "wherefores." You’ll gain valuable insights into how gut health impacts your transformation, with a deeper understanding of the microbiome and its vital role in your overall well-being.

Meal Plan & Recipes:
A flexible meal plan is provided for those who feel they need a little more guidance when it comes to focusing on gut-healing foods. It includes a variety of ideas to help you reach 30+ plant points per week, with each meal also providing adequate protein and healthy fats to support balanced blood sugar.

This plan is completely optional, use it in a way that works for you, or not at all.

You’ll also find a collection of gut-friendly recipes, including nourishing meals, snacks, and even desserts. These are designed to support your gut health and overall well-being. Feel free to use them for inspiration, mix and match, or adapt them to suit your needs.

Enjoy the process of nourishing your gut and supporting your body from the inside out!

Shopping List:

These ingredients can be used throughout the entire 28-day programme and beyond to create your own meals. Additionally, you'll also be provided with guidance on what your plate portions should look like to ensure balanced meals.

Plant Points Tracking Template:

Use the Plant Points Tracking Template to keep a simple tally of how many different plant foods you’re eating each day, a great way to boost gut health diversity and stay consistent without overthinking it.

Mindset Work:

There are pre-recorded meditations, which have been created by Jel. These are designed to help you reprogram your subconscious mind and transform limiting beliefs that may be holding you back from healing and achieving your health goals. Research shows that our subconscious mindset deeply influences our beliefs about ourselves and our ability to heal, so shifting these beliefs is key to unlocking lasting change. These meditations will help you strengthen your mental resilience and align your mindset with the healing process. In In week 3, we will explore this topic in-depth during the zoom.  Additional insights will also be shared in the private WhatsApp group to further support your journey.

Nervous System Regulation:
Tools such as somatic practices and breathwork exercises are designed to support nervous system regulation and help manage the effects of stress. Understanding how stress impacts gut health and metabolism can empower individuals to take more effective action for their wellbeing. Building resilience to stress makes it easier to stay aligned with both health and life goals.

Included is a 21-Day Vagus Nerve Reset - a series of short, accessible practices designed to gently regulate the nervous system. These can be followed daily or moved through at a pace that feels right, with ongoing support provided through the WhatsApp group.

Weekly Live Zoom Calls
Live Zoom sessions take place every Sunday, offering a chance to explore each week’s theme in more depth. All calls are recorded, so if you can’t join live, replays will be available along with the accompanying PowerPoint presentations via the website throughout the 28 days. You're welcome to submit questions in advance if you're unable to attend live.
